Pumpkin Recipes to Try this Fall
Happy Monday, friends!
We’re one week away from October and I am in full on fall mode. I just love this time of year when the ‘BER” months bring the excitement of the seasons and holidays. It makes me happy as I have been waiting for this time of year all.year.long.
I pulled up this post recently to look at my own favorite pumpkin and butternut squash recipes and thought I’d share a revised version of it with you all again. If you’re ready to try some new, easy, and healthy recipes this fall - these are for you. Make sure to pin this to Pinterest and save it for later!
Pssssst! A reminder that at the top of my site there is a “RECIPES” tab that will take you directly to that section of my site AND at the top of every post underneath the title are categories and key words tags that you can click on that it will take you to a page with everything related to that on the blog. IE: Paleo, Whole 30, Pumpkin, Fall, Recipes, Desserts, etc. and each word will take you to anything that has been categorized using one of these words.
Now let’s take a look at the list! I spared you photos, but if you click on any of the below you will be taken to the blog post with photos and instructions.
BREAKFAST
Pumpkin Pancakes - Whole 30 and Paleo friendly
BREAKFAST or DESSERT
Cinnamon pumpkin bread - Paleo
Chocolate pumpkin muffins - Paleo
Pumpkin muffins with streusel - Paleo
Pumpkin apple bake - Paleo
LUNCH or DINNER
Turkey pumpkin chili - Paleo optional and you can add pumpkin puree to thicken it up
Verde chili - Paleo and Whole 30
Pumpkin soup - Paleo, Whole 30, and Vegan option
Pumpkin alfredo sauce - Paleo, Whole 30, and Vegan
DESSERT
Pumpkin pie - Paleo
Pumpkin pie cake - Paleo
There are at least 100 other pumpkin recipes I’ve pinned through the years that I still need to try (see my fall Pinterest boards below). Pumpkin itself doesn’t have a strong flavor, in fact its very mild in flavor and not very sweet. Pumpkin puree is an easy thing to use to thicken up soup recipes and to use in baking plus it has great health benefits. Butternut squash and other gourds do too!
What are you favorite fall recipes? I’d love to hear! Comment below!
