1 Super Soft Skirt, 8 Outfits

Have you ever seen those capsule wardrobes where you pick something like 15 items and mix and match them to make 40 outfits? The idea is that you don’t need to keep a ton of clothing options but rather pick items carefully that you can wear and re-wear to recreate an outfit?
Well, not only do I fantasize about that life, but I’ve sort of done that with this versatile skirt.
I’ve collaborated with Sozy to pick ONE of their many amazing items and style it different ways to show how versatile it can be.
Challenge accepted. ;)

I chose their Camila Midi Skirt in black for this challenge and can’t wait to show you how amazing it is!
The Camila Midi Skirt is dreamy. It is the kind of soft that you want to rub against your skin and never take off (hello long work days!). The waist band is elastic with a drawstring and it’s a midi length which means it’s appropriate for literally everything. Oh, and it has POCKETS. It comes in SIX colors and if your size/color is sold out then you can add your email to be notified when it’s back in stock. I chose black because that’s my personal go-to color.
1) SOZY DRESSED UP - this type of look works well for work, dinner plans, you name it. I pulled out an old blouse I used to wear for work (with a cami underneath…I didn’t wear one for this photo (oops!)) and did a French tuck to accentuate the waistline. I tucked the tie strings into the skirt and paired it with some booties.
2) SOZY AT WORK - I actually did two looks for this one but took a photo of one and a video of the other. ;) So, you’ll have to watch my video to see my other “work” look! I paired the skirt with a lighter top and lighter blazer with neutral heels because I was thinking spring. But, just imagine the endless possibilities for work year round paired with any color heels you fancy. ;)
3) SOZY IN THE FALL - hello there my old friend! All of my sweaters are put away for the season so I paired the skirt with a short sleeve cashmere sweater and a belt to accentuate the waistline. A pair of booties or heels, a scarf or a jacket. This skirt will work with everything in the fall!
4) SOZY IN THE WINTER - This lusciously soft skirt is the perfect length with side slits to show off some knee high boots and be completely appropriate for the office. Imagine a waist length sweater or turtleneck with a belt or a blazer.
5) SOZY FOR SPRING & PATIO BRUNCHES - I paired this skirt with a tied up chambray top and espadrille wedges for my spring look, but the possibilities stretch much further. A tied up T-shirt, sweater, or any other button down including flannel and this skirt works for every season!
6) SOZY FOR SUMMER - If you’re anything like me, then summer makes you miserably HOT! This skirt is the perfect throw on and go because it is soft and light weight. Can’t you see yourself on vacation in this too?
PS - this tank is the Brooklyn Crop Tank from Sozy as well. I’m wearing it as I type this and wore it all day today. I do not want to take it off. So SOFT!
7) SOZY FOR ERRANDS - Did you catch where I’ve said this is an easy throw on and go skirt? Seriously, for any occasion or moment, it is a go to. Paired with sneakers, a tank or tee, and a cap - and you can run errands in this all day long.
8) SOZY FOR VACATIONS & POOLSIDE - Make no mistake this little gem of a skirt can be worn over your swimsuit on vacations or to the pool! Coverage and double down for your after pool outfit. That’s #winning right there!
How else would you style a skirt like this? It’s a midi length so of course in some pictures given the angle it seems a bit longer on me. It hangs delicately because the fabric is soft and it feels like the softest pajamas.
