Friday Favorites - May 11th 2018

It's FRI-YAY!  Are you excited for the weekend?  I am because of Mother's Day.  While I believe we should celebrate a mother's hard work every day of the year, I do like the extra special day to recognize them.  I also have a LOT to do and my to do list continues to grow so I'm hoping this weekend can be productive as Lorenzo the bunny puppy and I are now on a better schedule together.

So, to wrap up my week I'm linking up with Andrea to share my recent favorites.  You can view my previous Friday Favorites here which includes a dress I am still majorly crushing on and want to wear all.the.time.  You'll see it again when I get around to sharing my honeymoon outfits post.

Taylor Golden Photography.

She rocked our wedding photos and I am so elated with all of them.  On one hand it's good that I have hardly had time to upload them because I'd probably sit and obsess over every single photo.  On the other hand I wish I had more time to look at them in detail so I could decide which ones to print for frames and to share them with you all on social media.  I've pulled out a few as I've been working on wedding blog posts and HAVE to share these.  I melt.  MELT.  Over and over and over.  Melting.  M-E-L-T-I-N-G.  I love my nieces so much!  These will be framed next to my bathroom sink so I can see their cuteness every day.  My heart.

I'll share more photos throughout additional posts.

BringFido.com

It's a great site that lets you find hotels, businesses, and restaurants that are pet friendly!

Also, I stumbled upon this Huffington Post article listing some stores you can shop at with your pet.  Nordstrom, Macy's, and Old Navy have just won (more of) my business.  Along with the other stores listed on this post!

I won't always take Lorenzo shopping.  But, it is nice to have the option on occasion to get him out of the house with me.

This outfit and the item in the bag.

I found this lace crop top at Ross for $12.  Can you believe that?  So unfortunately the no-name brand and store makes it difficult to share the precise top, but gosh I love it so.  I can't wear crops - I don't have the body for them...but this one's lace hangs lower to my waistline and doesn't have lining in the back so it was breezy for the hot temperatures in Rome that day.  I can't wait to wear it again!

Meanwhile, while I looked for something similar I came across this white lace top and stopped looking.  It's hardly similar but it's even cuter in my opinion!

Jeans: my fave Old Navy Rockstar jeans // Sandals: Tory Burch Miller sandals in Bleach // Similar fedora // Similar earrings

Hand vacuums.

Convenient to clean the car, along the kitchen floors and crevices, and to spot clean after a puppy plays and eats a bone. ;)

This is the one the hubby bought me a long time ago, I think as a helpful hint to keep my car cleaner...but it's been a great vacuum!  I've really learned to appreciate it over the past week.  #puppycrumbsfordays

Healthy options.

I've mentioned this before on here but I am so thankful to have found the Green Giant's riced veggies in the frozen vegetables section.  I have prepared them a few times in the morning for the hubby to take to work along with whatever left over meat and some other goodies like olives, cheese, etc.  This morning I used the riced broccoli and cauliflower, sauteing it with garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, sea salt, and a dash of this Trader Joe's seasoning.

Easy and healthy. #winning
