10 Items in My Purse
Good morning, friends and happy Wednesday to you. I hope your week has been kind so far! Today is my sister’s birthday and I wish we were together to celebrate. 🥲
Today I’m sharing a quick and easy post of ten things you’ll find in my purse. All women have different needs to lug around with us and I find it amusing what we feel like we need to have these things at all times just in case…yet men live life so carelessly on the edge without hauling things around with them. I’d question why this is, but I have ideas and that would shift this post to differences between men and women. I’ll spare you that.
Moving on…let’s take a look and make sure to pin this to PInterest if it interests you for later.
1. Kleenex - I always keep a couple shoved into a side pocket. I tried to carry around a travel pack but the bulk of it just annoyed me too much.
2. Hand sanitizer - I keep a mini one in my purse from Bath and Body Works. It smells nice and is helpful to have.
3. Purse organizer - I used one like this in a light grey for a long time and still have it. I switched to a cute (faux) Louis Vuitton pouch thing that a bestie gave me so if/when it has seen better days I will use this one again. It fits perfectly into my tote.
4. G2 Pilot Pen(s) - The .7 point is my sweet spot. I try to always* have a pen with me.
5. A makeup pouch - this goes inside of the organizer, of course. I do not have this exact one. In fact, the one I use was a freebie from somewhere through the years that I can’t remember. Probably an Ulta purchase.
6. Foundation powder - whether I have no make up on and need a bit of last minute coverage or just to dab my oily face with makeup already on, this is essential in my purse.
Eyeliner - if I am makeup-less, eyeliner alone can help me to not look like I’m sick. 😂
Lipstick - I keep a pinkish nude neutral with me most of the times or the Norwex tinted lip shimmer. If I head out to dinner I will throw in whichever shade of lipstick I choose to wear for the evening.
7. Airpods - I use these for phone calls so I keep them in my purse. When I run I use different blue tooth ear pieces that stay in when running.
8. Wallet - this is an obvious item and I usually find the thinnest version of a basic wallet that does not have zippers for coins. I also get inexpensive ones because they just serve a purpose and get beat up in there!
9. She’s Birdie - I keep this personal alarm in my purse and try to always carry it when walking to/from my car. It comes in multiple color options.
10. Colgate Wisp(s) - I love these things! I keep a package in my car and try to have one in my purse. They’re AMAZING to freshen up on the go. They’re minty and work incredibly well. I put a package in everyone’s stocking this past Christmas and I recently shared some at a kiddo’s birthday party when everyone’s mouth turned green from the cupcake icing and the rave reviews were on point. IYKYK
Gum - I am an Orbit girl and try to always have a pack with me.
